Join us for 2 Weeks Action packed fun with week 2 been a professional camp with guest coaches featuring current international footballers and former EPL footballers. The camp will be led by Academy Director Ryan Docherty and supported by Dom, Ally, and the rest of our experienced team, your kids are guaranteed to gain valuable insights into a variety of football fundamentals. The camp features a "Dutch influence" with a focus on the Ajax youth development model. On Monday (Matchday - 4) Dutch Football Philosophy AM Team Meeting PM Passing sequences and street soccer. Start the week with an immersion into the Dutch football philosophy, focusing on Total Football. Training sessions emphasize technical skills such as ball control, passing, and receiving. Introduction to positional play and fluid movement inspired by Ajax's youth development. Tuesday promises to elevate the intensity with Tactical Tuesday, where Ryan Docherty will lead sessions focusing on shape, positional play, and in-and-out-of-possession strategies tailored to all age groups. Tuesday (Matchday -3) Tuesday: Ajax Academy Insights Gain insights into the renowned Ajax youth academy system, known for producing top talent. Workshops led by experienced coaches, highlighting key principles of Dutch youth development. AM - Strength and Conditioning PM - 1v1 2v2 3v3 Conditioned games Guest Coach. Wednesday: Matchday -2 Tiki-Taka Tactics Explore the possession-based style of play with Tiki-Taka tactics, popularized by Dutch football. Small-sided games emphasize quick passing, off-the-ball movement, and maintaining possession. Tactical discussions on pressing, spacing, and transitioning from defense to attack. AM - Guest Striker - Former EPL player finishing specific PM - Attack like Ajax, exploit space Thursday : Matchday - 1 Match Simulation and Strategy Full-field scrimmages to apply Ajax-inspired tactics and principles in a game-like setting. Tactical discussions on team shape, movement patterns, and game strategy.
