Service Description

Day 1: Technical Mastery & Ball Control Focus: Develop close ball control, dribbling in tight spaces, and improving touch with both feet. Drills: First touch drills (receive and control under pressure) 1v1 dribbling exercises Rondo drills for quick passing and control Objective: Enhance player comfort on the ball and confidence in maintaining possession. Day 2: Passing & Possession Play Focus: Focus on quick, accurate passing and maintaining possession under pressure. Drills: Short and long-range passing Possession games with limited touches (e.g., 3-touch max) Movement off the ball Objective: Improve decision-making in possession, build chemistry, and create efficient ball movement. Day 3: Tactical Awareness & Positioning Focus: Teach players to read the game, maintain shape, and understand tactical responsibilities. Drills: Position-specific tactical drills Small-sided games with tactical emphasis (e.g., defending compactly, pressing high) 11v11 match with tactical feedback Objective: Develop players' understanding of game strategy, defensive shape, and attacking patterns. Day 4: Finishing & Attacking Play Focus: Refine shooting techniques, decision-making in the final third, and scoring efficiency. Drills: Finishing drills (1v1 with the goalkeeper, finishing from crosses, combination play) Small-sided attacking games (3v2 or 4v3 overload situations) Shooting from different angles and distances Objective: Enhance composure in front of goal, clinical finishing, and attacking creativity. Day 5: Defensive Skills & Game Management Focus: Focus on individual defending, group defending, and managing the game in crucial situations. Drills: 1v1 defending drills (isolated and under pressure) Defending in small groups (2v2, 3v3) Game scenarios (protecting a lead, organizing from the back) Objective: Improve defensive technique, positioning, and communication as a unit. Speed, Agility & Quick Decision-Making Focus: Improve players' reaction times, speed off the ball, and decision-making under pressure. Drills: Agility ladder and cone drills for footwork 1v1 transition drills (defense to attack) Speed-based small-sided games with changing conditions Objective: Enhance physical sharpness and the ability to react quickly to in-game situations.
